How to handle the parents folks.
As long as this job is concern, this people can never be avoided, they have their role to play, inasmuch as they have their issues too, in order to work with both , you have to make efforts to meet with them at the beginning of the school year, make it known to them that they can come to you about anything at anytime.
Speaking to their parents should not be look at as an obligation but rather an honour. If they confided in you your work will go smoothly.to avoid parents troubles you need to extend that hand of friendship first,let them know you’re there to help.
The issues most parents have with teachers is because they do not know you and what you can offer to their kids.
That is the reason you have to communicate with them, let them know how prepared you are and how you are going to make a big difference in their kids.
Never get scared of parents as long as you are offering quality tutor, keep on doing the good despite their insult and bad behavior towards you.never mind one day they will come around.
